A Glimpse into Upcoming Projects

Page Industries is primed for a sustained growth trajectory in the financial year 2023-24. The company’s focus is finely tuned to operations and manufacturing, empowered by in-house capacity and additional support from outsourced supply partners. With a proactive approach, Page Industries is expanding its socks capacity by integrating 215 advanced knitting machines, thereby elevating the total knitting machine count to an impressive 576.

Page Industries’ illustrious Odisha Project is poised for completion by the end of FY’24. Spanning a sprawling 28.5-acre campus and boasting a built-up area of 6.5 lakhs Sq.ft, this flagship facility is set to enhance the growth of the Modern Classic range. It will encompass key components like Central Stores, Cut-to-Pack, and Elastics & Socks manufacturing. Beyond functionality, the campus will prioritize employee well-being, safety, and energy-efficient manufacturing processes, aiming for IGBC certification.

Furthermore, a strategic expansion of the tape dyeing unit in Hassan, covering 35,000 Sq.ft, is on track for commissioning during Q2 of the ongoing financial year. This expansion aligns with the market demand for women’s dyed elastic. In tandem, significant projects involving “Cup Molding & Hook n Eye Forming’ in women’s bra manufacturing are also slated to commence in the second quarter. These initiatives, reducing import dependency, are geared towards enhancing quality, lead time, and cost efficiency.

Recognizing the premium vertical’s demand, Page Industries is gearing up to add a sprawling 200,000 Sq.ft Cut-to-Pack facility. Anticipated for commissioning towards the end of the current financial year, this expansion is poised to fortify the company’s capabilities in meeting premium market demands.

Page Industries is committed to maintaining stringent quality standards. Over the past three years, the company has been pursuing NABL (National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories) accreditation for its labs. With two labs already certified and the remaining two in the certification pipeline, this step reaffirms Page’s dedication to quality and precision.

In parallel, the company has extended its logistics capabilities by introducing two third-party warehouse facilities in Hoskote and T Narsapura, Bangalore. These multi-level storage facilities are fortified with a robust warehouse management system, further enhancing efficiency and agility in operations.

Page Industries Limited holds the exclusive licensee rights for the JOCKEY brand in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Oman, Qatar, Maldives, Bhutan, and the UAE, positioning itself as a pivotal player in the region.
