The inclusive work-life balance initiatives instill positive energy among the employees, while community-building exercises transpire into building a strong Nation, he added.
Celebration is the way of life in Pratibha. To give the outstation employees a home away from home, all the festivals are being celebrated on the campus. Whether it is Diwali, Holi, Navratri, Dussehra, or Ganesh Chaturdashi, Christmas or national festivals, every event is celebrated with full galore.
Under the banner of Pratibha Premier League, sports events like cricket, volleyball, badminton, chess, Kho-Kho, Kabbadi, and athletic events are organized every year in January and February. The annual day is celebrated every year on March 17.
In 2018, the company during a town hall discussion had asked employees – what were their two dreams? Majority of the employees shared that they want to have their own house and the best education for their wards. Building up on their needs, the management gifted dream home to 28 employees in the year 2021. And now planning to gift 100 homes to other employees in the coming years.
Fulfilling the other dream of employees, to have quality education for their wards, the company came up with a scholarship scheme. From the year 2018 to 2022, the company has gifted around 260 scholarships to meritorious children of employees.
In a bid to uplift the socio-economic status of the associates, a gift is given to the employees every year in association with Fairtrade customers across the world. In the last seven years, a total of 26508 gifts like refrigerators, sewing machines, washing machines, mixer grinders, water purifiers, and fixed deposits have been presented to the associates as per their respective demands. One associate Nutun Vishwas said that the gifts have changed my family’s lifestyle. Now, we have all the necessary appliances at home. Thanks to management and Fairtrade.
Concerned towards the community at large, Pratibha Syntex Ltd, in association with its CSR arm CMC Trust, has been engaging in health, education, and infrastructure segments. The company has facilitated around 4500 cataract operations in the year 2021-22. A computer lab and a dress design and tailoring lab have been established in the government girls’ school Sagore to benefit 1500 students. A garden has also been developed in the Jaynagar area of Pithampur to provide means of recreation to the 6000 residents of the area.
